Welcome to the Greek Orthodox Cathedral of the Annunciation in Baltimore, Maryland – the first Orthodox Christian community in Maryland. The term Orthodox Christian comes from the belief that the Orthodox Christian Church has maintained and handed down the Christian faith, free from error and distortion, from the days of the Apostles.

Our parish joyfully nurtures the spiritual growth of every generation, beginning with our youngest members in Hope and Joy, where children build a foundation of faith, fellowship, and service. Youth and young adults find guidance and belonging through ministries like GOYA and OCF, which encourage leadership, friendship, and a deeper connection to the Church. For our cherished seniors, the Golden Age Activity Center offers daily opportunities for fellowship, wellness, and continued engagement in parish life, ensuring that all ages are embraced within our spiritual family.
